1. No RefundsAll payments, including deposits, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure time, labor, and creative services.

2. Content SubmissionAll required content (text, images, branding, pricing, dates, and details) must be submitted at one time before design work begins.Additional edits, screenshots, voice notes, or last-minute content changes may result in additional fees. Incomplete submissions may delay project timelines.
